Working two jobs can lead to a stressful life as well as unhealthy eating habits. As usual I was craving something sweet when I got off work the other day. Instead of eating something that I shouldn't, I put together this sweet snack. I started with some peach purée I had leftover in my fridge. I added a few drops of stevia and topped it with goat milk yogurt, my favorite granola made by my boss Amber, chopped dried mango slices and dates. I made a similar snack with the granola adding raspberries, dried prunes, hemp seeds, ground flax, and rice milk.
